Tessa Boer-Mah, Principal Heritage Consultant and Archaeologist

With over 20 years’ experience in heritage consulting, Tessa brings a wealth of expertise for managing heritage within a development context. She has experience in both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal heritage assessments, as well as heritage interpretation. Her skills encompass project management, technical direction and client liaison, along with all the requisite heritage assessment skills. She has a passion for completing high-quality projects and ensuring clients get the right advice.

Tessa has written and supervised the production of hundreds of heritage assessments for Aboriginal and historic heritage across NSW. Tessa is the National Secretary for the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Incorporated, is a full International member of Australia ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites), and serves on the Future Directions Committee at the Property Council.

Ngaire Richards, Principal Heritage Consultant and Archaeologist

Ngaire Richards has almost two decades of experience in the heritage and archaeology space which spans both Aboriginal and historic heritage. She has been involved in the preparation of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Reports, Due Diligence reports, heritage impact statements, excavation reports and archaeological management plans. Ngaire has a strong track record for delivering heritage projects which is backed by her extensive experience and background in informatics.

She is a full International member of Australia ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites) and a member of the Australasian Society for Historical Archaeology (ASHA). She is currently the NSW coordinator for National Archaeology Week which promotes archaeology across Australia.

Crystal Phillips, Heritage Consultant and Archaeologist

Crystal Phillips specialises in historical archaeology, built heritage and Aboriginal archaeology. Crystal completed a First-Class Honours thesis on the heritage of Port Macquarie and thus has a strong background in undertaking historic research. With a keen eye for detail, Crystal will ensure an outstanding result for your project. With extensive experience in undertaking historical research, Crystal’s professional interests include osteology, artefact analysis and studying the landscapes of convict settlements.

Jenna Weston, Senior Heritage Consultant, Archaeologist

Jenna Weston has more than 18 years of experience in cultural heritage management, spanning both Aboriginal and historical heritage and archaeology. She has been involved in the preparation of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Reports, due diligence reports, heritage impact statements, archaeological assessments, excavation reports and archaeological management plans, as well as archival and photographic recordings. Jenna’s specialist areas include Aboriginal stone artefact analysis and shell midden analysis. She is also a full member of the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc (AACAI).
